    • Shipping & Returns

      Orders are processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

       

      For international orders, delivery usually takes 3–4 weeks (though customs or postal delays can affect that).

       

      EU customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return (no reason is required). After notifying me, you’ll have 14 more days to return it.

       

      Please ensure the piece is in its original condition and includes all original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the artwork was defective, damaged, or incorrect; in this case, I’ll cover the cost. Once I get and inspect it, I’ll refund you using your original payment method, usually within 7 business days.

      Shipping, packaging, and insurance are all included in the price. Artworks are shipped safely from Germany.

       

      Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

       

      Many countries don’t charge import duties on original artworks, but it’s always a good idea to check your local VAT or tax rules.

       

      I’ll ensure that your artwork is clearly classified as original art (not a reproduction) and provide all the necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.
