Shipping & Return Policy

1 | Processing & Shipping

 

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for me to process your order.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • International orders typically arrive within 3–4 weeks, although customs, postal services, or unforeseen delays may cause a delay.​​
     

 

2 | Returns & Refunds (for Non-Commission Items, if applicable)

 

  • EU customers have 14 days from receipt to request a return (no reason needed).

  • After notifying me, you have 14 additional days to return the artwork.

  • Returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the artwork was defective, damaged, or incorrect; in such cases, I will cover the cost.

  • Once I receive and inspect the return, I’ll refund your payment using the original method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

3 | Commission / Custom Work

 

  • Commissioned / custom works are created according to your specifications (personalized).

  • Because they are bespoke, exchanges are not available for commission work.

  • The standard 14-day cooling-off period and right of return do not apply to custom works.

  • Returns or refunds for commission work are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

  • In such occasions, contact me with photos and a description within 7 days. I may repair, replace, or refund as appropriate,  and in those cases, I will cover the return shipping costs.

5 | Tariffs, Duties & Customs Fees

 

  • All artworks are shipped from Germany.

  • Shipping, packaging, and insurance are included in the price.

  • The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged in their country.

  • Many countries exempt original artworks from import duties; however, buyers should confirm local VAT or tax regulations before making a purchase.

  • Each shipment is accurately classified as original art (not a reproduction) and includes clear documentation to support its status for customs clearance.

6 | Additional Terms & Notes

 

  • When returning artwork, please use a trackable, insured shipping method. I cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • I may update this policy periodically; any changes will apply only to new orders.

  • This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable laws, such as EU rules governing defects or consumer protection.
