Orders are processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
For international orders, delivery usually takes 3–4 weeks (though customs or postal delays can affect that).
EU customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return (no reason is required). After notifying me, you’ll have 14 more days to return it.
Please ensure the piece is in its original condition and includes all original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the artwork was defective, damaged, or incorrect; in this case, I’ll cover the cost. Once I get and inspect it, I’ll refund you using your original payment method, usually within 7 business days.
